Scope of the service

Messivo is a platform, developed and operated by Key Interactive, for managing conversations, templates and contacts on the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, including a guided onboarding flow to connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's services.

Plans and subscription

Access to Messivo requires an active subscription (see the Pricing page), managed through your Key Interactive account — not a separate checkout inside Messivo. The cost of individual WhatsApp messages is set independently by Meta and is not included in the Messivo subscription.

Access and user responsibility

Access is restricted to holders of an enabled Key Interactive account. Every user must protect their own credentials and use the portal in compliance with the law, the rights of data subjects, and Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms. If you enable team members or end clients on your workspace, you remain responsible for how they use the access you've granted.

Content and data you enter

You remain responsible for the contacts, templates and message content you enter or that passes through your workspace, including their lawfulness and accuracy.

Dependency on Meta's services

WhatsApp features depend on the availability, policies and decisions of Meta (including any suspension or limitation of your WhatsApp number decided by Meta itself) — we are not liable for these beyond what is directly under our control.

Service suspension

Access may be suspended for technical or security reasons, failure to comply with these terms, expiry/cancellation of the subscription, or suspension of the connected Meta services.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or from interruptions/limitations imposed by third parties (in particular Meta).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
